We do not offer returns here at SideDoor, UNLESS, the item was damaged during transit or upon arrival. If an item was damaged and you would like a refund, we are happy to take care of that for you and apologize for any inconvenience. If you could please provide:

  1. The order number that the item is attached to

  2. A picture of the shipping packaging that the item arrived in

  3. 3 pictures of the item itself showing the damage (2 up-close, and 1 from further away)
